The GJS website has made it through to the final three of at least one of the twelve categories in this year's Hantsweb Awards. This is a fantastic achievement given that there were a record number of over 1,100 nominations received this year.

The Hantsweb Awards celebrate excellence in website design, accessibility and service. The awards are open to any website based in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The Awards have been running since 2002 and over the years they have highlighted the best in online services to local communities as well as benefiting the interests of all those who have participated.

Graduate Jobs South Project Manager Meredith Pollock commented: "This is great news for GJS. A lot of hard work has gone into making this website accessible, innovative and useful for both employers and candidates. Our Web Developers Adido Solutions have worked closely with myself and the team to design a website which is an essential recruitment tool for the region."

The judge's comments were as follows: "Good use of colours. Lots of jobs on the site and they are up to date.You would keep going back to this site. Good information on diversity and equality. Easy to navigate and find your way round the site."
